Here's an interesting trainer, I came across a few years back:

It's called the Reaction ARF. Originally designed by Bruce Tharpe and called the Reaction 54. It was a kit, then PST Jets in Thailand step it up further and made it an ARF with composite material.

The spec:
Wingspan: 78 inches
Wing Area: 1453 square inches
Length: 77 inches/88 inches (X)
Weight: 22 - 26 pounds
Turbines: 14 - 20 lb. thrust
(up to 35 lbs. for advanced pilots

I really thought I couldn't find this model anymore since PCM models by Pat McCurry have closed down his website a number of years back!

Turns out TBM models have bought over the rights over this model. And even better, they've made it an ARF and cheaper than before!!! It's called the DV8R!!! And I love it!

Spec:
Wingspan : 83"
Length : 87"
Weight : 22 lbs
Turbine : 22-30 lb of thrust
